Shipping and payments
For purchases over 165 EUR (In Czech Republic), you get free shipping.
You can see all prices including VAT; no handling fees are charged.
When will we send the package?
The courier should deliver no later than the second working day (occasionally it may be delayed by a day). All orders received during the weekend are dispatched on Monday. After dispatch, we will send you a code for online package tracking.
Delivery times may vary during national holidays.
Shipping costs – how much does it cost?
- Zásilkovna – Pickup Points –3,2 EUR (78 CZK) (prepaid), cash on delivery + 0,8 EUR (21 CZK)
- Wedo – 4 EUR (99 CZK) (prepaid), cash on delivery + 1 EUR (27 CZK)
- Wedo – 2,8 EUR (67 CZK) (prepaid), not available for cash on delivery
- Self-pickup Prague – Payment in advance, in cash, or by card on-site, free of charge
1) Zásilkovna – Pickup Points – 78 CZK (prepaid), cash on delivery + 21 CZK
You can collect your goods at a Zásilkovna branch on the second working day (sometimes it may take an extra day) after placing an order, provided you manage to place an order by 14:00.
Payment for goods:
- In advance by bank transfer or card – 3,2 EUR (78 CZK), free above 165 EUR
- Cash on delivery: you pay in cash or by credit card – 4 EUR (99 CZK), 0,8 EUR (21 CZK) above 165 EUR
Pickup time for the package:
- According to the chosen pickup point
Z-boxes
- You can also choose Z-boxes, which belong directly to Zásilkovna. Select it as a pickup point directly in the shopping cart. We recommend downloading the Zásilkovna app to your mobile phone, which will make collecting your package easier. Z-boxes are opened using the app and Bluetooth. Some Z-boxes also have a keypad, so you can enter the code from the text message instead of connecting to the app. If you have the Zásilkovna app installed, you can also choose to pay on delivery through the app or using the link to the payment gateway that was sent to you via email or text message before collecting the goods. Z-boxes are available 24/7 all week. Your parcel will wait for you at the Z-box for 3 days for collection.
If there is any issue with the delivery, please contact the Zásilkovna customer service between 8-18h. The line +420 216 216 516 is toll-free and they will provide you with more information based on the package number.
2) Wedo – Package to Hand – 99 CZK (prepaid), free above 165 EUR, cash on delivery + 27 CZK
For orders received on a working day before 14:00, we will dispatch them on the same day with delivery typically on the next working day (although it may occasionally take an extra day).
Payment for goods:
- In advance by bank transfer or credit card: 4 EUR (99 CZK), free above 165 EUR
- Cash on delivery: you pay in cash or by credit card directly to the Wedo driver – 5 EUR (126 CZK) or 1 EUR (27 CZK) for orders above 165 EUR
Delivery Time for Wedo:
- Standard delivery: I deliver the package on working days between 8 and 18 hours to the delivery address at the first lockable door. The courier is not obligated to carry the package to an upper floor. Unfortunately, delivery to a P.O. BOX is not possible.
Wedo Delivery:
You will be informed about the delivery of the package on the day of delivery via SMS, email, or the mobile app.
3) Self-pickup in Prague – payment in advance by bank transfer, in cash, or by card on-site, free of charge
You can personally pick up online orders at our store in Prague. The package will be ready on the next working day after receiving the payment, and we will inform you by email. The package will be held for you for 7 days.
