Product Search

Some people enjoy wandering around the store, while others go straight to their target.

If you belong to the first group, choose the relevant department from the top menu, and within it, select individual product categories until you reach your destination.
If you already know what you want, use the search function. At the top of the page, you will find a search bar that, in collaboration with the autocomplete feature, will lead you to the desired products.

Shopping Cart

You can add products to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button.
In the shopping cart, you will have a clear overview of everything you've added – the precise product name, availability, quantity (which you can change as needed), and price including VAT.
You can always see the complete contents of your shopping cart whenever you add items to it or by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

Login

You can log in as:

A new customer,
If you're shopping on our site for the first time, simply enter your details at the end of the order and after completing it, check the box next to "I want to register" in the e-shop;

A registered customer,
If you've shopped on our site before and registered with a password. Fill in your email and password and proceed with your order. If you've forgotten your password, we'll send it to the email under which you registered.
Your email will be used for all communication regarding your order, so it's necessary to provide it.

Shipping and Payment

Based on the size of the products, the most suitable type of shipping will be offered. You can find a complete overview on the Shipping and Payment page.

If you're ordering multiple types of products with different availabilities, it's up to you whether you prioritize getting the items sooner (shipments will be split, and in-stock items will be sent immediately) or if you'll wait until all the items you ordered are in stock, and we'll send them to you together in one shipment.

In this step of the cart, you also choose the payment method. If you have a discount voucher, enter the relevant code in the Discount Code box, and the amount will be deducted from your order immediately.

Summary and Order Submission

Before submitting your order, you'll have a complete summary available. If all the details are correct, complete the order by pressing the "Submit Order" button.
